Refunds

Sodatide refund policy: five stages, and two clocks

Refunds on Sodatide go through the order desk, with the order ID. The website address cannot see orders, so a refund request sent there does not start a refund. The buyer pays return shipping and the seller asks you to use tracking. Returns go to 390 Park Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10022, USA, not the office address. The money then runs on two clocks: 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Seven common refund questions, including partial refunds and restocking fees, have no published answer.

The process

Five stages, in the order they have to happen

Each tab is one stage. With JavaScript off every stage prints in full, because a refund process is not something to hide behind a control.

Have these four things in front of you

The order ID from the order email, the card you paid with, the lot code on the bottle (SOD-26/SO-3431 on this stock) and the date you paid. The last one matters because the published term is 60 days from purchase and the event that starts it is never defined, so the date on your receipt is the only date either side can point at.

Count the bottles too: opened, part-used and still sealed. Nothing published says those are treated differently, which is exactly why the desk will ask.

One number, and its hours are not published

The order desk is listed in the footer. It handles tracking, changes and refunds, and it is the only desk with a screen showing your order. The hours the order desk keeps are not published. Nothing supplied with this stock states them, so this site prints the number and leaves the opening times blank rather than inventing a working day.

The website desk cannot see orders. There is no order screen at that address, no tracking view and no way to issue a refund. Anything involving money, a parcel or a change to an order goes to the order desk. Writing to the website address delays a refund rather than starting one.

Ask three things on the call: what they want returned, which address it goes to, and what reference to write on the parcel.

One address, and it is not the office

Returns go to 390 Park Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10022, USA. The office address, 520 Madison Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10022, USA, is a different building, and a parcel sent there is a parcel nobody is waiting for.

The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking. A tracked service is the only proof either side will have that the parcel moved.

Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Unlabelled bottles arriving at a returns address cannot be matched to a refund.

Two clocks, running one after the other

3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.

Those waits do not overlap. The first belongs to the desk and starts when it credits the order; the second belongs to your bank and starts when the first ends. Added together the outside figure is longer than either number alone, which is why a refund can be correctly processed and still invisible on a statement.

The money returns to the card that paid. Whether it can be sent anywhere else is not published.

What to do, in order

Count business days rather than calendar days, and count from the date the desk said it credited the order rather than the date you posted the parcel.

Check the statement for the original charge and make sure you are looking at the right card. A refund cannot land on a card that did not pay.

Then call the order desk with the order ID and the tracking number for the return. Those two strings resolve almost every case.

Two clocks

Why a processed refund can still be invisible

3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.

The first clock is the seller's. It starts when the desk credits the order and runs 3 to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends, so a credit issued on a Thursday is easily a week in calendar terms.

The second is your bank's. It starts when the first finishes and runs a further 5 to 10 days. Nobody at either desk can shorten it.

Add the two and the outside case is materially longer than either figure suggests alone. That is the commonest reason a refund call happens twice, and why this page prints both clocks rather than the friendlier one.

The two addresses are not interchangeable

Returns: 390 Park Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10022, USA

Office: 520 Madison Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10022, USA

Parcels go to the first. The second is the correspondence address for the website desk and nobody there is expecting bottles.

Confirm the return address on the call before you post. An address printed on a website is not a substitute for the one the desk gives you on the day.

Honest limits

Seven things this policy does not say

A refund page is judged by what it admits it does not know, so here is the list in full rather than a reassuring paragraph in its place.

Refund questions with no published answer, September 30, 2026.
QuestionPublished?What we can say
Partial refundsnot publishedNothing published says what happens if you return four bottles of six. Ask before posting.
Restocking feesnot publishedNone is mentioned. That is not the same as a published promise that none exists.
Opened versus sealed bottlesnot publishedNot addressed. The desk decides what it wants back.
Refund of shipping paidnot publishedOnly arises on the two-bottle pack, where $9.99 shipping is charged at checkout. Unaddressed.
Refunds on international ordersnot publishedInternational shipping is not addressed at all, so neither is the refund on one.
A written refund form or portalnot publishedThere is no form and no self-service screen. The route is the telephone.
What starts the 60 daysnot publishedThe term says from purchase and stops. This site assumes the day you paid and marks it as an assumption every time.

Seven blanks. None of them means a refund will be refused. All of them mean the same thing: the published terms are short, and the desk on the order desk (number in the footer) is where they get filled in for your order.

What a refund does not undo

The part of this that money cannot settle

A refund returns the price of the product. It does not return the return postage: The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking.

It also does not answer the question that sent you looking for one. If you took a capsule a day for 30 days and nothing changed, the guarantee gives the money back and nobody can tell you what you actually took. The label names a Probiotic Blend of three species and goes no further. There is no strain code and no CFU count, though the Supplement Facts panel prints every amount.

And if the reason for stopping was a reaction rather than disappointment, the money is the smaller question. The label itself says to talk to a doctor before use if you take medicine, and NIH notes that probiotics might cause problems such as bacterial infections in people who are already seriously ill or who have weak immune systems. That conversation belongs with a clinician rather than with a checkout.

Before you call, in one line

Order ID, card used, lot code SOD-26/SO-3431, date paid, and a count of opened, part-used and sealed bottles. Five things, and the call is short.

Two Sodatide bottles, the pack most likely to be returned inside the window
Two bottles is $158 plus $9.99 shipping and 60 days, ending on the last day of the 60-day window.

Refunds go through the desk, not through this site

The order desk handles tracking, changes and refunds. We publish the label and hold stock, and we cannot see your order.

Questions

Sodatide refund policy: common questions

How do I get a refund on Sodatide?
Call the order desk with the order ID. It handles tracking, changes and refunds. The website desk cannot see orders and cannot issue a refund.
How long does the refund take?
3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Those two waits run one after the other rather than at the same time.
Where do I send the bottles?
390 Park Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10022, USA. That is the returns address and it is not the office address at 520 Madison Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10022, USA. Use a tracked service, because the buyer pays return shipping and the seller asks you to use tracking.
Can I email the website desk for a refund?
No. That address is the website desk, which covers pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It has no order screen, no tracking view and no way to issue a refund, so a refund request sent there waits until somebody reads it and tells you to call the order desk.
What do I put in the parcel?
Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Write the order ID where it can be read without opening anything, and confirm on the call what else the desk wants.
Do I get the return postage back?
Nothing published says it is reimbursed, so treat it as the cost of changing your mind.
What if I ordered six bottles and only opened two?
Call first. Nothing published says how partly used orders are handled or whether a partial refund exists. Seven rows on this page are blanks of that kind, and each is a short question on the telephone.
