Sodatide FAQ: 32 Common Questions Answered
This page answers 32 common Sodatide questions, all read off the printed label or a government source.
The questions sit in eight groups with one search box. Quick facts: 30 capsules a bottle at one a day, three named ingredients, and a 60-day money-back window on every pack.

Every question on this page
Group one
The blend, and the four things it never names
The spine of the whole site, in four questions.
Which probiotic strains are in Sodatide?
The label names three species, Bifidobacterium infantis, Clostridium butyricum and Akkermansia muciniphila, but no strain codes and no CFU count. The label page draws the four rungs out in full.
Why does a strain name matter if the genus is the famous part?
Because NCCIH says the effects do not carry across. If a specific kind of Lactobacillus helps prevent an illness, that does not necessarily mean another kind of Lactobacillus or any of the Bifidobacterium probiotics would do the same thing.
How many CFUs does one capsule contain?
Not published. No colony-forming unit count appears on the label or in the listing. NIH notes that the number of CFUs in a probiotic can decline over time, so a count at manufacture does not necessarily reflect the count at purchase.
The brand says to refrigerate after opening. Does that not prove there is potency?
It concedes that potency matters. The label says to refrigerate for optimal quality and the brand adds that an open bottle belongs in the fridge, which is storage advice about a figure the label never prints.
Group two
Sodatide amounts, and what the panel leaves out
What the Supplement Facts panel carries, and what it does not.
Does Sodatide have a Supplement Facts panel?
Yes. It sits on the side of the wrap label, with an amount for each of the three ingredients. The front carries six printed lines and three icons, and the side carries the Supplement Facts panel, all transcribed on the label page.
How much chicory root inulin is in a capsule?
211 mg, according to the Supplement Facts panel, beside 100 mg of potato resistant starch and a 36 mg probiotic blend.
Does not published mean the ingredient is not in there?
No. The three names are printed, so the seller states they are present. What is absent is the live count for the blend, and that is what this site marks as not published.
What would one blend total have given me?
A ceiling. One weight over the blend means nothing inside it can exceed that weight, and it can be divided by however many names sit under it for an average. With no total there is no arithmetic to do.
Group three
The capsule, the glass of water and the fridge
The printed directions, and the questions they leave open.
How do I take Sodatide?
The directions are 1 capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. The brand’s own advice is a morning dose, ideally before a meal. That is the whole of the printed direction.
Why before a meal, and why 8 oz of water?
The label recommends both and explains neither. No source we opened discusses timing for this blend, so this site reports the instruction and stops.
What happens if I miss a day?
The label says nothing about a missed day, a double dose or a restart. One capsule daily is the only instruction printed, and it tells you to clear anything beyond that with a clinician.
Does the whole bottle have to live in the fridge?
The instruction covers after opening only. Nothing is printed about storage before that, about how long an opened bottle keeps, or about a best-before date.
Group four
Safety, medicines and who the label rules out
From the printed caution and from NIH, silent past them.
What does the label itself tell me before I start?
In its own words: Healthy adults aged 18 or older only. Not for anyone under 18. Anyone taking medicine should speak to a doctor before use. Stay at the label dose unless a clinician advises otherwise.
Are probiotics safe?
NIH puts it this way: in healthy people, probiotics may cause gas, but they rarely cause infections or other health problems. It adds that they might cause problems such as bacterial infections in people who are already seriously ill or who have weak immune systems.
I take a prescription medicine. Can I take this?
Ask whoever prescribed it, and take the bottle with you. The label says to talk to a doctor before use if you take medicine, and that instruction is printed on the product rather than added here.
What are the other ingredients and the capsule shell made of?
Hypromellose for the vegetarian capsule, plus microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica. No allergen statement is printed.
Group five
Weight, appetite and what NIH publishes
The category this product sits in, quoted rather than characterised.
Is Sodatide a weight-loss product?
The label never uses the words weight or loss. Its three support lines are metabolic and digestive support, supports appetite control and satiety, and promotes energy production from fats. On the wider shelf, NIH says there is little scientific evidence that weight-loss supplements work.
Do probiotics reduce body fat?
NIH gives both directions in one breath: some studies have shown that probiotics might slightly reduce body weight or body fat, and other studies have shown that probiotics have no effect or might even increase body weight. It also says plainly that it is unclear whether probiotic supplements have any effect on weight or body fat.
What is the adulteration warning I keep reading about?
NIH warns that weight-loss products marketed as dietary supplements are sometimes adulterated with prescription drugs or controlled substances that will not be listed on the label and could harm you. That is a statement about a category, and nothing we have read tests this product.
Are inulin and resistant starch officially dietary fibre?
FDA has said it intends to propose adding inulin and inulin-type fructans and high amylose starch, which is resistant starch 2, to the dietary fiber definition. Read the verb: an intention about a category, not a finding about this capsule.

Packs, price, delivery and the bonus covers
Published figures, confirmed at checkout before you pay.
What do the three packs cost?
Two bottles is $79 each, $158 in total, plus $9.99 shipping. Three is $69 each, $207 in total. Six is $49 each, $294 in total. Both larger packs ship free in the US.
Which pack is cheapest per day?
Six bottles, at $1.63 a day against $2.30 on three and $2.63 on two. Read that next to the guarantee questions below.
Where does the buy button go?
To the Sodatide order page on the seller's own domain. This site holds no cart and takes no card details. Links are marked sponsored because Sodatidebalance earns a commission, which does not change your price.
What are the five bonus guides?
Cover artwork for five guides was supplied with this stock. What is inside them, which packs include them and how they are delivered are all not published, so this site shows the covers and says that rather than describing contents it has not seen. Ask the order desk before you buy if a bonus is the reason you are buying.
Group seven
The 60-day guarantee, refunds and returns
The window, the call, the postage and the two clocks.
What does the 60-day guarantee cover?
The window runs 60 days from purchase, or longer if the sales page prints a longer one. It is a buying policy and no medical promise. Every pack carries the same window, so pack size changes what is left inside it rather than how long it runs.
Six bottles is 180 days against a 60-day window. What does that mean?
That 120 of those days fall outside it. You would be deciding about a six-bottle order a third of the way through, with four bottles still sealed on the day the promise ends.
How do I start a refund, and how long does the money take?
Call the order desk with the order number. Its opening hours are not published, so this site prints the number and leaves the working day blank. Published timing: 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
Who pays return postage, and where do the bottles go?
The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking. Returns go to 390 Park Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10022, USA.
Group eight
This site, the seals and the empty reviews page
Who writes this, and what it will not publish.
Why is there no star rating anywhere on this site?
Because no verified review data has been supplied. What came with the stock pack is marked in that pack as layout copy, which means placeholders rather than people. The reviews page is a page about that decision.
Can the website email look up my order?
No. the website desk (address in the footer) is the website desk: pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It has no order screen and no way to issue a refund. Anything with an order number belongs to the order desk.
Are the quality seals printed on the bottle?
No. The six marks sit in the seller's listing artwork, and nothing we have seen puts any of them on the bottle.
What would change what this site says?
Documents rather than arguments: a strain list with a CFU count, a certificate of analysis for lot SOD-26/SO-3431, if one exists, or a real review export. Send one to the website desk and the page is rewritten and dated.
No question here contains that word. Try CFU, fridge, refund or strain, or clear the box.
