This website holds very little about you. There are no accounts, no card details and no order records on this domain, because checkout happens on the seller's own page. What remains is a server log, any email you send the website desk, and web fonts loaded from a third-party font service.

Scope
What this policy covers, and what it does not
This policy covers sodatidebalance.com, the website you are reading. It does not cover the seller's order page, which is a different operation on a different domain.
Sodatidebalance is the official U.S. Sodatide shop. We hold stock, publish what the label prints, and answer the phone. We do not make the product and we are not the manufacturer.
The practical consequence for your privacy is a good one. This website takes no orders, holds no accounts and never sees a card number. When you follow a buy link you leave this domain for the seller's own order page, and from that click onward their policy governs what happens rather than this one. We have no access to their systems, which is why every request about an order goes to the order desk rather than to us.
Server logs
What this website records automatically
Every web server keeps a log. Here is what ours contains and what it is used for.
When a page here is requested the server records the request. A log line typically holds the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response code, the referring page if your browser sent one, and the browser and operating system string your browser announces. This is ordinary web server behaviour and it happens whether or not you interact with anything on the page.
Those logs are used for three things: keeping the site up, diagnosing faults such as a broken image or a page that will not load, and defending against abusive traffic. They are not used to build a profile of you, and no attempt is made to identify individual visitors from them.
Logs are kept for a limited operating period and then discarded in the ordinary course of maintenance. We do not publish a precise retention figure we could not guarantee across a change of host, and we will not invent one here. This site has no login, no account area, no saved basket and no password. There is nothing to register for, so there is no account record to hold, to leak or to delete. Any page asking you to create an account on this domain would not be ours.
There is no payment processing here either. This site displays no card form, holds no cart and cannot receive a card number. This site sets no advertising cookie, runs no cross-site tracking pixel and joins no advertising network. Pages load a stylesheet and two small scripts from this domain, and web fonts from a third-party font service which is named in the source of every page.
Your browser may store small amounts of data of its own accord, for example to cache a file so the next page loads faster. That storage sits in your browser and is not transmitted to us. Clearing site data removes it.
The hosting provider
The company whose servers deliver these pages, and therefore the company holding the server logs described above on our behalf.
The font service
Web fonts load from a third-party font service. Your browser requests them directly, which carries your IP address to that service in the ordinary way any request does.

A separate operation reachable by phone (number in the footer). Its opening hours are not published. It holds the order records; we pass orders to it and it answers on them.

Children, choices and security

Children. This site is written for healthy adults 18 and over and describes a product sold to adults only. It is not directed at children, there is no account for a child to create, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent correspondence to the website desk, write to the website desk and it is deleted.
Your choices. Because there is no account and no marketing list on this domain, there is nothing here to unsubscribe from. You can block or clear site data in your browser without breaking any page here, and you can read the whole site without sending us anything beyond an ordinary server log line.
Security. Pages here are served over an encrypted connection. We hold no card data, no passwords and no order records, which removes most of what a breach of a retail site normally exposes. What we do hold is server logs and any email sent to the website desk, kept on ordinary managed infrastructure with access limited to the people who run the site.
If this site changes hands. If sodatidebalance.com were transferred to another operator, this page would say so before the transfer rather than after it, and the material described above would be treated under the policy published on the day it was collected.

You may ask what this website holds about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may ask that correspondence you sent is not used for anything beyond answering it. Since this site holds no account and no order record, the honest answer to most such requests is that the only things we hold are a server log entry and, if you wrote to us, your email.
Write to the website desk with the request in plain words, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. We answer within a reasonable period and we will tell you if the information you want sits with the order desk instead, which is the most common outcome. We will not ask for more identifying information than is needed to answer, and we will never ask for a payment detail.
Changes. This page carries the date it was last reviewed, currently September 30, 2026. When it changes materially the date changes with it. We do not backdate an edit, and where a change affects what is collected rather than how it is described, the new practice does not start before this page says so.

No. We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors, and there is very little here to sell in the first place. The commission this site earns comes from purchases rather than from data.
Do you set advertising cookies?
No. This site sets no advertising cookie and runs no cross-site tracking tag. If that ever changes, this page will name the tool and carry the date it was added, before it runs.
I want my order record deleted. Who do I ask?
The order desk, because order records are held there and have never been on this domain. If you also wrote to the website desk, ask us separately at the website desk (address in the footer) and that correspondence is deleted.
Why can the website desk not look up my parcel?
Because there is nothing here to look it up in. This domain has no order screen, no tracking view and no payment system. The desk that holds all three is the order desk.
